Shipping & Returns


Brittany & Co. accepts orders 24/7 and ships Monday - Friday only based on supply and inventory available. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We are currently shipping Domestic only at this time. 


USPS Priority transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 2-3 business days. During the busy fall/holiday season, and especially during COVID-19, USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.  For this reason, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to ship during re-stock periods. 


Your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail from Napa County, California. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot ship Priority Mail Express.


Please expect larger orders to ship via UPS Ground.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Brittany & Co., we take pride in making our products and want to ensure that you have a great buying experience from start to finish. While all sales are final, returns and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. If your order is received damaged in transit, tampered or unusable, please contact customer service by emailing to receive instructions on returning your item for an exchange.


In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must first notify us via email of the defective or damaged item within 72 hours of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Once the request for an RMA is authorized, the damaged or defective item must be returned within 15 days of delivery. No unauthorized returns for exchanges will be accepted. 

Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging and accessories. We do not accept any returns of candles/wax melts that have been lit or warmed. We do not accept returns for oils/lotions that have been used.

There are also no returns due to dissatisfaction with the scent after ordering. In order to complete your return/exchange, we require prior notification and return authorization. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping charges.


All sales are final and non-refundable. Returns and exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis.


Sale Items: 

Sale items are non-refundable.

Returns for Exchanges:

Exchanges will be made only for damage items or defective items.
